I would highly recommend using Cheryl, I have know her for a long time and she is very knowledgeable and honest. I have used her as my agent for both buying and selling a home, when selling my house, she came in told me everything I didn’t see and needed to fix before ever putting it on the market, and true to her judgement it sold in a week. I would use her again and have complete trust in her judgement, and instruction.

Cheryl worked so hard and found us our very first home in Heber Springs. She was very professional showing us multiple homes until we found the perfect one!
